removing the rear parcel shelf and moulding

Hi all,
I need to remove some window tint from my Alfa 90 so it will pass it's licensing inspection - I have managed to scrape off most of it but there is a band about 2cm wide at the base of the rear window that it not accessible because of the rear parcel shelf moulding is in the way - I have tried lifting the moulding to see if it just "pops out" but it seems to be secured but I can't tell how it is attached to the car. Can some one please tell me how to remove the shelf and the mouldings without destroying it so I can access the base of the rear window??
Thanks in advance

Hi Rocco .

I'm sorry to say , but I have two left hands concerning these things . And on top , I don't know what shelf moulding means .

So by just using Babelfish and my husband Manu ( haha ) , he tells me this :

The shelf is pinned to a steal plate . So from the inside you can't remove it . But most of the time there are speaker holes in it . If you crawl into the boot ( if you do , be carefull ) , you can just push the shelf up, away from the steal plate , without damaging it .

Sorry for my English , but I hope it will work
